If you are not delighted with your BMC purchase for almost any reason, you may return or exchange your unworn item(s) within 14 calendar days of original ship date. (Trunk Show Specials, Samples and Sale Items are Final Sales). If shipping back to us, the item must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of original ship date. The item must be accompanied by the original receipt, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Be Mom Couture is not responsible for shipping on any item returns. If you would like to exchange an item(s) for a different size or style we are happy to offer you FREE SHIPPING on your replacement order. Please contact us at email@example.com with any questions. Please download and fill out this Return/Exchange form and include it in your package .For items that are defective or you have ordered the wrong size, you may return the item within 90 days of the original ship date. All other policies above apply.
If you ordered through one of our Oh So Chic Stylists and would like to return or replace an item, please contact your Stylist. If you do not know who your Stylist is or have been unable to contact them, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be delighted to help you!
If you paid one of our Stylist with cash or check we will issue the refund back to your Stylist who will then refund you. If you are unable to contact our Stylist, we will do so for you. Please email us at email@example.com for the information. Please include Trunk Show Date, City, State and Name of Hostess or Stylist.
To cancel a back ordered item, you may do so at anytime as long as the item is still in Backorder status.
